REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Overview
At Quartz Blooms, we take great care in creating custom floral inspired bobo balloon arrangements and bouquets with fresh floral elements. Due to the perishable nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Order Cancellations Due to Sickness
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to illness or unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will be promptly informed. In such cases, you will receive a full refund for your order.
We appreciate your understanding and support, as we strive to deliver high-quality, handcrafted floral balloon designs, floral boxed bouquets and wrapped floral bouquets.
Responsibility After Pickup/Delivery
Once your order has been picked up or successfully delivered, Quartz Blooms is no longer responsible for any damage that may occur. This includes but is not limited to flowers breaking, wilting or balloons popping. Please handle your arrangement with care to maintain its quality.
Quartz Blooms is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Orders are placed via our site and payments are processed through Interac e-Transfer, major Credit and Debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received and processed.
Shipping and Pickup/Delivery
We do not offer Shipping services at this time. Quartz Blooms offers scheduled pickup and complimentary local delivery within South Etobicoke.
Pickup is available during posted pickup hours. Please refer to our Contact Us page for current pickup details.
All orders must be placed at least three days in advance to ensure availability.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our website or products. In no event shall Quartz Blooms’ liability exceed the total amount paid for the order.
